As the 410 winged sprint car season winds down, four events were run over this past weekend, bringing the total to 489 features for the season, which stands as an all-time record.
With six races remaining in the season, David Gravel continues to pace the National Sprint Car Rankings.
A winner of 17 features this season, Gravel carries an average finish of 2.412 in 66 races this season.
Buddy Kofoid, who is chasing Gravel in the WoO points race, remains second in the National Sprint Car Rankings as well. Kofoid has an average finish of 3.411 in 71 main events.
Rico Abreu is third in the National Sprint Car Rankings. Abreu has an average finish of 3.92 in 63 races this season.
Danny Dietrich and Carson Macedo round out the top five.
Eight hundred and eight drivers have run at least one 410 winged sprint car feature this season.
Justin Sanders (Western), Anthony Macri (Eastern), Cap Henry (Great Lakes), Joe B. Miller (Mid-America), Ryan Timms (Great Plains), A.J. Flick (PA-OH) and Jesse Schlotfeldt (Northwestern) retained their regional leads.
One hundred and 62 drivers have combined to win 489 features thus far this season.
Abreu leads the country with 18 victories.
