Sprint Rankings: Gravel’s Consistency Leads The Way

With an amazing 53 top-five finishes in 64 starts, World of Outlaws point leader David Gravel continues to pace the National Sprint Car Rankings.

Gravel, a winner of 16 features this season, carries an average finish of 2.48 in 64 races this season.

Buddy Kofoid, who is chasing Gravel in the WoO points race, is close behind in the National Sprint Car Rankings as well. Kofoid has an average finish of 3.189 in 69 main events.

Danny Dietrich, Carson Macedo and Rico Abreu complete the top five in the rankings.

One hundred and 79 drivers have reached the 20-start plateau to be considered in the National Sprint Rankings. Dietrich leads the nation with 74 starts.

Seven hundred and 97 drivers have run at least one 410 winged sprint car feature this season.

D.J. Netto has taken the lead in the Western region by seven markers Justin Sanders.

Anthony Macri (Eastern), Cap Henry (Great Lakes), Joe B. Miller (Mid-America), Ryan Timms (Great Plains), A.J. Flick (PA-OH) and Jesse Schlotfeldt (Northwestern) retained their regional leads.

One hundred and 62 drivers have combined to win 474 features thus far this season.

Henry leads the country with 17 victories.
