Weather impacted the winged 410 sprint car circuit this past weekend, but as the month of March closes, 29 features have been run with 20 drivers visiting victory lane.
While the National Sprint Car Rankings will not open until drivers begin reaching the 20-start requirement, 175 drivers have run at least one race this season with Daison Pursley and Brent Marks leading the way with 14 races run. Twenty-four races have reached double-digit starts.
Four regions are open with Anthony Macri (Eastern), Aaron Reutzel (Western), Buddy Kofoid (Mid-America) and A.J. Flick (PA-OH) leading the respective regions.
Macri and Gravel have each won three features to lead the country. Five drivers have won two features.
Commissioned by Tom Deery and Brian Carter in 2009, the Sprint Car Rankings are administered by longtime racing official Gary Spaid.
