Lessard Returns To New Smyrna Victory Lane

NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. — Raphael Lessard returned to victory lane at New Smyrna Speedway for the first time since 2016 on Sunday night.

Lessard took the lead in the closing stages of the pro late model feature on night three of the World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing and cruised to his second career victory at the track.


The reigning American-Canadian Tour champion led Gabriel Casagrande to the checkered flag.

Brody Monahan, Vito Cancilla and William Roberge completed the top five.

Paulie Hartwig III claimed the 602 modified feature, while Matthew Laprade topped the sportsman event and Dalton Symons won in E-Mods.
