Jake Johnson Is Stafford Modified Master

STAFFORD SPRINGS, Conn. — The Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series came to Stafford Motor Speedway on Wednesday, night with Jake Johnson winning the 80-lap GAF Roofing Modified Masters feature.

Johnson took control of the race just past the halfway point of the race and he led the final 40 laps of the race to the checkered flag.


Ronnie Williams finished second, with Chase Dowling, NASCAR Cup Series driver Ryan Preece and Matt Hirschman completing the top five.

Peter Bennett won the crate SK Light modified feature.
