Rain Stops Georgetown SDS Run

GEORGETOWN, Del. — With weather models showing heavy continuous rain on Friday, and cold temperatures on Saturday hindering the track drying process and leading to unfavorable racing conditions, Super DIRTcar Series and Georgetown Speedway officials have postponed the Delaware Diamond 50.

Series and track officials are searching for a viable date to reschedule the event.

The Super DIRTcar Series will continue its high-octane show on Saturday, April 11, at Can-Am Speedway in LaFargeville, N.Y., with the Thunder in the Thousand Islands.
