OSWEGO — Michael Barnes captured his second Budweiser International Classic victory Sunday at Oswego Speedway.
Barnes started on the outside pole and raced his way to the 200-lap victory over Dan Connors Jr.
Driving the Syrell Racing No. 68, Barnes extended an unbelievable streak of 11 straight top-five finishes in supermodified racing’s crown jewel.
He earned $17,500 for the victory.
Dave Danzer finished third with Tyler Shullick and Brandon Bellinger completing the top five.
Dan Kapuscinski won the 60-lap Bud Light SBS Classic when the cars of Alex Hoag and Greg O’Connor failed post-race inspection.
