Weather Pushes Snowball Derby To Monday

PENSACOLA, Fla. — The 58th running of the Snowball Derby at Five Flags Speedway was postponed until 1 p.m. on Monday afternoon.

The prestigious super late model event was plagued by weather throughout the weekend and fog that followed rain set in on Sunday, forcing officials to push the race to Monday.

Preston Peltier will start from the pole.

The remaining races for Crowns, Modifieds, Outlaws, Trucks, Sportsmen and Pure stocks move to Tuesday. Rotating practice and qualifying starts at Noon.
