Luke Baldwin Gets ThorSport Truck Series Drive

SANDUSKY, Ohio — Third-generation racer Luke Baldwin will make multiple NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series starts for ThorSport Racing.

The team made the announcement Thursday on social media, with Baldwin’s debut with the team scheduled for March 29 at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway.

Baldwin, 18, is the reigning SMART Modified Tour champion and the son of longtime NASCAR Cup Series crew chief Tom Baldwin. His grandfather, Tom Baldwin Sr., was a longtime NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour racer.

ThorSport fields full-time Truck Series rides for reigning series champion Ty Majeski, Ben Rhodes, Matt Crafton and Jake Garcia.
