For the first time in four years, Kyle Jergensen won the BG Goodrich Mint 400 – completing the grueling four lap test of man and machine in the Mojave Desert in a blistering six hours, forty-seven minutes and twenty-three seconds. And he did in a Spec Truck against faster Unlimited two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive class trucks.
For that feat, Kyle Jergensen is in this week’s Sealed Under Pressure Spotlight Presented by Cometic Gasket.
After taking the lead from two-time defending champion Adam Householder on the final lap, Jergensen took his #222 “The Beast” Camburg Maxim Engineering Unlimited Spec Truck on top of the box, giving them the overall win while competing against other teams with twice the horsepower.
