Christopher Bell collected his sixth consecutive top-10 finish in the NASCAR Cup Series when he finished eighth at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway. Bell has four series victories this season.

NHRA Pro Stock point leader Dallas Glenn charged to his seventh victory of the season and extended his point lead with two races remaining. Last Week: 7
- Chase Briscoe
Chase Briscoe captured his first Championship 4 appearance with an overtime victory in Sunday’s YellaWood 500 at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway. It was his third Cup Series triumph of the season. Last Week: Not Ranked
- Bobby Pierce
Dirt late model racer Bobby Pierce returned to the power rankings this week after winning the Dirt Track World Championship at Ohio’s Eldora Speedway. It was Pierce’s 30th victory of the season. Last Week: 6
- Kyle Cummins
Kyle Cummins, who has already wrapped up the USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car Championship, collected his 10th victory of the season Friday night at Dodge City Raceway Park. Last Week: Not Ranked
