It’s time for a new edition of SPEED SPORT Power Rankings. Who will be on top this week?

Austin Prock remains on top of the SPEED SPORT power rankings after losing to Matt Hagan in the final round of Sunday’s penultimate event for the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Prock leads the Funny Car standings and has won nine races this season. Last Week: 1

  1. Corey Heim

Corey Heim picked up his 12th NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series victory of the season, clinching the series championship in winning fashion Friday at Phoenix Raceway. Last Week: 5

  1. Dallas Glenn

Dallas Glenn extended his point lead in the NHRA Pro Stock standings with his eighth victory of the season Sunday at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Last Week: 9

  1. Kyle Larson

Kyle Larson used pit strategy to hold off Denny Hamlin in the battle among the Championship 4 drivers Sunday at Phoenix Raceway. Larson’s third-place finish was enough to secure his second NASCAR Cup Series championship. Last Week: Not Ranked

  1. David Gravel

A winner of 17 races this season, David Gravel can wrap up his second consecutive World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series championship during this week’s season-ending World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte. Last Week: 2

  1. Doug Kalitta

NHRA Top Fuel point leader Doug Kalitta lost in the semifinals Sunday at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Kalitta, who has four wins this season carries the point lead into the finale at Pomona, Calif. Last Week: 3

Logan Seavey has won nine USAC sprint car features this season, including a sweep of the recent 58th Western World Championship at Central Arizona Raceway. Last Week: 4

  1. Rico Abreu

Rico Abreu secured the High Limit Racing sprint car championship in dominant fashion, winning the final two features of the season at The Dirt Track at Texas Motor Speedway. He has 18 410 winged sprint car triumphs this season. Last Week: 6

  1. Ryan Blaney

Ryan Blaney earned his fourth victory of the season in Sunday’s season finale for the NASCAR Cup Series at Phoenix Raceway. Last Week: Not Ranked

  1. Matt Hirschman

Matt Hirschman won Tour-type modified features in consecutive days at Seekonk Speedway and Evergreen Raceway Oct. 25-26. He has 15 victories this season. Last Week: 10

On The Move: Rico Abreu has 18 victories and David Gravel owns 17 winged sprint car wins heading into this week’s World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte, which includes three chances for the two drivers to add to their victory total this season.

What To Watch For?: Multiple season-ending short-track classics are on the docket this weekend with the World of Outlaws World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte, the Open Wheel Showdown at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and the All American 400 at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway.

Dropped Out: NASCAR Cup Series driver Christopher Bell and Super DIRTcar Series point leader Mat Williamson dropped from the power rankings.
