STOCKTON, Calif. – Northern California-based Noceti Group Inc. has finalized a variety of motorsports events at the Stockton Dirt Track, Stockton 99 Speedway, Drifting and Northern California County Fairgrounds for the upcoming season.
The Stockton Dirt Track will bring in the New Year on Jan. 1 with an action packed day of racing featuring A mods, B mods, super late models, tri-state pro stocks and bombers.
The King of the West-NARC 410 Sprint Car Series begins its season opener hitting the Stockton Dirt Track on April 2, with an additional trio of events later in the year.
The Sprint Car Challenge Tour will be in town for three events, along with the Hunt Magnetos Wingless Tour finishing out its season on Championship Night, otherwise known as the 39th annual Tribute to Gary Patterson.
Special events returning to the lineup include the Jimmy Sills Classic, the Salute to LeRoy Van Conett, Tribute to Roy Lee Van Conett and the Champions Classic. For the second time the dirt-track will also honor the late Roy Lee Van Conett on July 2.
The Stockton 99 Speedway also features a full schedule of events with the track coming back to life for its 73rd season on Saturday, March 26, with a non-point event featuring pro late models, bombers, B4’s, Legends Touring Series, super modifieds and NCMA Sprint Cars.
On April 9, the year is in full swing starting with the season opener featuring the Stockton late models, bombers, B4’s, Jr. B4’s and California hard tops. The events will hold an open practice the night before.
The SPEARS Pro Late Model Series will contest a total of two events at the track this season, while the SPEARS Southwest Tour will headline one of the programs on July 16.
Returning champions and all the local favorites will be back in action this year with a healthy mix of the Stockton late models, bombers, B4’s, Jr. B4’s and more.
Additional prominent events that emphasize the schedule include the Ron Strmiska 125 on July 3, the annual Night of Champions featuring autographs and honoring former drivers on Aug. 6, the Bischofberger Brawl 100 on Oct. 1 and Championship Night on Oct. 22.
Noceti Group will also host several Outlaw Drift events as they attempt to continue getting people off the streets and safely operating in a contained environment.
Drifting will invade the main parking lot of the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds on Jan. 2, Feb. 6, March 20, April 3, May 22, June 12, July 17, Aug. 28, Sept. 18, Oct. 23 and Nov. 13.
