LAS VEGAS — The two-day Legends Bash at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway ended with four division feature races on Saturday evening.
The action began with the Young Lion feature as the program was run without spectators because of COVID-19.
Bullring ace Tyler Reif sat on pole but quickly felt the heat with Jaiden Reyna using a little bump and run through turn three around half distance to take the lead.
Reyna held off Giovanni Ruggiero to win the 35-lap feature with Reif, William Sawalich and Tanner Scarberry rounding out the top five.
It was all about Luke LeBrun who kept his head and the lead in the Semi-Pro division. After a late-race yellow period, Landon Lewis gave chase found himself elbowed down the order slightly as Heather Hadley chased LeBrun to the line with Chase Smith just inches behind.
Race three, for the Master division, saw plenty of action with a red flag thrown when early leader Scott Andrews and the closely following Randall Schaaf got tangled up at turn one with Andy Hulcy having just squeezed past moments before the incident to take the lead.
Hulcy led the rest of the way, beating Scotty Scott and Darrell Stewart to the finish.
As dusk arrived the Pro-Feature kicked off and initially it was D.J. Canipe and Lawless Alan who traded paint at the front, but Jason Irwin steadily made his way. Irwin had the lead by the halfway mark and held off Jonathan Mawhinney to claim the 35-lap main event.
Caleb Heady, Jeremy Doss and Mike Alcaro rounded out the top five.
