JEFFERSON, S.D. –Â Anthony Roth headlined the list of winners on night one of the Spring Nationals from Park Jefferson Int’l Speedway on Friday.
Roth started from the pole for the IMCA modified main event and held off sixth-place starter Chris Abelson to collect the triumph in the 20-lap feature.
Ricky Alvarado came from seventh to finish third ahead of Jake McBirnie and Jordy Nelson.
Heats were won by Alvarado, Roth, Jake McBirnie and Josh Blumer. Jesse Richter won the B-Main.
In other action, Shane Stutzman came from fourth to win the IMCA stock car feature. Kevin Zeitner topped the 20-lap IMCA sport mod main. Malik Sampson was the winner of the IMCA hobby stock event and Corey Namanny raced from 12th to win the IMCA Sport Compact feature.
