Trenca Tops Fulton ESS Tilt

FULTON, N.Y. — Joe Trenca raced from outside the front row to win Saturday night’s Empire Super Sprints feature at Fulton Speedway.

Driving the No. 98 winged 360 sprint car, Trenca claimed the 25-lap event ahead of John Smith IV.

Jason Barney charged from 14th on the grid to finish third, while Billy VanInwegen Jr. and Matt Tanner completed the top five.

Ryan Dolbear raced from the pole to earn his first modified victory at Fulton, beating Brandon Carvey to the finish, while Lance Willix finished third.

Zachary Buff topped the sportsman feature and Samuel Groom won the novice sportsman main event. Adam Hunt topped the hobby stock run.
