FULTON, N.Y. — Tim Sears Jr. won his second feature in as many days with a DIRTcar modified triumph Saturday at Fulton Speedway.
Sears, who also won on Friday night at Brewerton Speedway, charged from 15th starting spot and held off 19th-starter Larry Wight to claim the 35-lap main event.
Billy Dunn started 17th and finished third, while polesitter Bob Henry Jr. finished fourth. Ronald Davis III raced from 21st to fifth.
A second modified feature that was postponed on June 8 was run with Chris Mackey taking the victory ahead of Andrew Ferguson.
Robert Gage, Lance Sillix and Sears, who started 22nd, completed the top five.
Emmett Waldron won the sportsman feature and Adam Hunt claimed the hobby stock main event.
James Galarneau and Cale Gareau each won 15-lap novice sportsman features.
