BRADFORD, Vt. — Week 19 Bear Ridge Speedway feature winners of the 57th consecutive season sponsored by Twin State Tractor & Equipment were Todd Buckwold in the Sabil & Sons DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds, Michael Danforth Jr. in the Wells River Chevrolet DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes, Brandon Piastka in the Xtreme DIRTcar DMA Midgets, Tyler Fellows in the LaValley Building Supply Dirt Stocks and Kelly Miller Jr. in the Woodsville Power Equipment Ridge Runners.
Make up feature winners for Federated/Fisher Auto parts were Bob Shepard in the Wells River Chevrolet DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes, Keith Mansur in the LaValley Building Supply Dirt Stocks and Kevin LaForest in the Woodsville Power Equipment Ridge Runners.
It was madness for the Xtreme DIRTcar DMA Midgets. Sixty-six laps were on the docket with three 22-lap segments to determine the overall winner.
Segment one was claimed by Will Hull, Segment two by Chris Murray and segment three by Piastka. At the end of the 66 laps the overall combined finishes of the three segments would have Piastka the winner with nine points, Hull in second with eleven and Murray third with twelve.
Daniel Piastka and Manny Dias rounded out the top five. Piastka only needs to take the green on the 21st to claim his first championship in the Xtreme DIRTcar DMA Midgets.
