FULTON, N.Y. — Marshall Hurd became a first-time winner in the modified division Saturday night at Fulton Speedway.
Hurd started fourth and held off the charge of all the division kingpins to stand in victory lane and claim the $600 bounty that had been placed on Tim Sears Jr., who has been dominant at the track this season.
Ronald Davis III finished second, ahead of Larry Wight, David Marcuccilli and Sears.
Kyle Devendorf and Ryan Dolbear each won 25-lap sportsman features.
Russ Marsden topped the hobby stock main event and Jason Parkhurst Jr. aced the novice sportsman field.
