FONDA, N.Y. — Matt DeLorenzo grabbed his second victory of the weekend and his third of the season at Fonda Speedway in Saturday night’s modified headliner.
DeLorenzo, who won at Albany-Saratoga Speedway on Friday, took the lead from Ronnie Johnson on lap 23 and led the remainder of the 30-lap feature for his 40th career victory at the track.
Johnson finished second, ahead of Dave Constantino, Jessica Friesen and Rocky Warner.
Payton Talbot earned his first win of the season in the crate 602 sportsman division.
Nick Stone picked up his seventh consecutive pro stock victory and the 66th of his career.
Connor Prokop topped the limited sportsman race and Jeff Trombley took top honors in the CRSA sprint car main event.
