WINSTON, Mo. – Kameron Hanes topped the Midwest Modified main event as I-35 Speedway opened its season on Friday evening.
Hanes started third and outran Jaren Martin to win the 20-lap feature at the three-eighths-mile clay oval. Casey Burnett finished third, followed by Blake Bland and Jeremy Curless.
Michael Taylor III and Burnett won the two heat races for the Midwest Modifieds. Twelve cars started the feature.
John Willard won the sport compact feature from the pole and Brandon Dixon raced from 10th to win the hobby stock main event.
