JACKSON, Minn. — Justin Luinenburg, Dan Menk, Cory Probst, Matthew Looft and Jaedon Erickson captured feature victories on Tuesday evening at Jackson Motorplex, which hosted Fan Appreciation Night.
Luinenburg charged from the furthest in the field of the five Bank Midwest IMCA Series winners as he advanced from fifth to earn the $1,000 top prize during the Stock Car Challenge featuring the IMCA Stock Cars. Jeffrey Larson hustled from seventh to second with Elijah Zevenbergen maneuvering from 12th to third. Derek Green placed fourth and Roger Verdoorn was fifth.
Colton Arends, who led the feature early, was a heat race winner along with Curt Lund and Larson.
Menk was victorious during the IMCA Modifieds A Main with Zach Dockter finishing second, Don Gerritsen Jr. third, Brandon Beckendorf fourth and Chad Porter fifth.
Probst garnered the IMCA Hobby Stocks feature victory after holding off 10th-starting Malik Sampson. Brandon Nielsen rounded out the podium with Blake Luinenburg posting a fourth-place finish and Drew Barglof ending fifth.
Looft outlasted Brayden Ahlers and ninth-starting Jared Boumeester to win the IMCA Sport Mods feature. Jared Nytroe was fourth and Eric Bassett placed fifth.
Erickson scored his second straight IMCA Sport Compacts triumph at Jackson Motorplex. Megan Sandvig, Jason Bolte, Logan Kelly and Brandon Hartmann also recorded top fives, respectively.
