Jackson Motorplex To Feature Seven Nights Of Racing

JACKSON, Minn. — The Jackson Motorplex schedule next year will encompass seven nights of action with winged sprint cars slated to compete each night.

The 47th annual Jackson Nationals presented by Wyffels Hybrids wraps up the season with a doubleheader that is moved to Friday and Saturday, Sept. 19-20. The finale of the event sanctioned by the Bumper to Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series, the Buffalo Wild Wings Northern Outlaw Sprint Association and the Midwest Sprint Touring Series 410 Sprint Cars pays $12,000 to win and $1,200 to start. The Heser Auto & Detailing RaceSaver Sprint Cars will also be part of the racing program both nights.

The World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series will visit Jackson Motorplex twice next season with races on Wednesday, June 4, and Saturday, Aug. 16. Late Model Street Stocks will be the support class on June 4.

The Midwest Sprint Touring Series 410 Sprint Cars will have three more dates on tap with the track’s season opener set for Friday, May 23. The $10,000-to-win Merle Johnson Memorial Border Battle runs Friday, July 11, and a show on Friday, July 25, is also on the schedule. The Heser Auto & Detailing RaceSaver Sprint Cars will also race each of those three nights.
