SALEM, Ind. — The 31st annual Firecracker 150 presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts headlines the July 4 racing program at historic Salem Speedway.
The event, which will conclude with fireworks and a concert by the Country Bourne Band, will be streamed live on www.salemspeedway.tv powered by Dirt2Media, which is a SPEED SPORT Network affiliate.
Heath Helton is the defending winner of the Firecracker 150 that features the Lucas Oil Great American Stocks at the half-mile paved oval.
Brett Hudson, of Owensboro, Ky., is a six-time winner of the event.
Figure-8 racing and demo derby is also on the program.
Practice is set for 2 p.m. with qualifying at 4:45 p.m., and the green flag for the Firecracker 150 scheduled for 8:10 p.m.
