CLEARFIELD, Pa. – Chad Rougeux picked up his first street stock feature of the season Saturday night at Hidden Valley Speedway by DMS Motorsports, making him the only new winner on the night.
Defending Street Stock point champion Rougeux and Michael Bordt sat on the front row at the start of the feature, with Rougeux taking the lead and setting the pace. He kept first Bordt at bay for 11 laps, before a caution slowed the race and Bordt pitted with a flat tire. On the restart, Rougeux held off the advances from Cregen Brady for his first win of the season. Brady was second, Bordt was third and Chad Desmett was fourth. Rougeux also won the heat.
Repeat winners on the night included Gary Little in the Scaife Racing Supplies Semi Lates, Hayden Holden in the Small Block Modifieds, Tim Steis in the Amsoil Pure Stocks and Bill Hassenplug in the Craig’s Welding and Fabrication Four Cylinders.
