SARVER, Pa. — Conner Morrell bested a stout field of FAST sprint cars to win the headlining main event during Saturday’s 14th annual Steel City Stampede at Lernerville Speedway.
Morrell started fourth and took the victory ahead of track champion A.J. Flick.
Tim Shaffer finished third, with Michael Bauer and Brandon Matus rounding out the top five.
Michael Norris outran Jared Miley to win the late model feature.
Other winners were Ryan Susice (modifieds), Tyler Dietz (pro stocks), Logan Roberson (RUSH late models), Blaze Myers (RUSH sprint cars), Benjamin Easler (sportsman modifieds), Greg Dobrosky (305 sprints), Ricky Weaver (mini stocks), Ty Rhoades (E-Mods) and Mat Feder (enduro).
