SARVER, Pa. — A.J. Flick rolled from 10th on the grid to win Friday night’s Western Pennsylvania Speedweek sprint car opener at Lernerville Speedway.
Flick won for the second consecutive week at the four-tenths-mile track, beating 13th starter Ryan Smith to the checkered flag.
Danny Kuriger finished third, with Denny Peebles and Darin Gallagher rounding out the top five.
Colton Flinner won the late model main event, while Jeremiah Shingledecker topped the big-block modified feature.
Chris Schneider won the pro stock headliner.
