PORT ROYAL, Pa. — Cory Eliason put Rudeen Racing in victory lane during the opening day of competition at Port Royal Speedway on Sunday.
The California native started second and took the lead from polesitter T.J. Stutts on the second lap. Once out front he led the remainder of the distance, surviving a restart with three laps left to collect the victory.
Eliason banked $5,000 for his efforts.
Brent Marks finished second, followed by Logan Wagner, Lance Dewease and Anthony Macri.
Trevor Feathers won the companion late model feature.
