Casher Ends Holden Family Win Streak At Hidden Valley

CLEARFIELD, Pa. — Shannon Casher claimed his first small block modified feature of the season, ending the win streak the Holden Family has endured all season.

Jimmy Holden has won every SBM Feature this season except one, and that one, his son, Hayden Holden claimed.

Casher and Bob Garvey Jr. led the field to the green flag with Casher taking the lead and Garvey falling to second, but it was a closed second, as he was trying all the moves he had to wrestle the lead away from Casher.

“Then, Hayden Holden moved into third and he was trying to take the second spot from Garvey, then lap 7, Holden was able to get second and set his sights on Casher, but Casher had the right setup.

On lap 17, Garvey was able to relieve Holden of second but he could not wrestle the lead away from Casher who picked up his first win of the season.

Garvey was second, Holden was third, Craig Casher was fourth and Bob Garvey Sr. was fifth.
