FRANKLIN, Pa. — Max Blair topped the ULMS late model feature on Sunday night at Tri-City Raceway Park, as the division returned to the track for the first time in three years. Â
Logan Zarin and Max Blair presented the 30-lap ULMS Late Model feature on the starting grid, with Blair leading the race from the start. Â
Fourth-starting Andy Boozel advanced to second in the early laps before third starting Jared Miley took the spot a few laps in. The first caution period of the race came on lap six and, on the restart, it was Blair again taking command over Miley and Zarin. Â Miley stayed close, within a second, before the next caution period came with eighteen laps complete. Â
Blair took control when racing resumed, with Miley unable to stay as close to the leader as he did before the caution. A final interlude with three laps remaining gave the field one last shot at the leader. But Blair resumed his lead for the remaining distance to post his second late model win at the track, the last coming in 2015. Â
Miley, the winner of the last late model race at the track in 2021, settled for second. Zarin was third over Andy Boozel and Alex Ferree. Â
A.J. Flick made a late pass of Greg Wilson to steal the Krill Recycling LLC 410 Sprint Car feature win. Wilson finished second, ahead of Bob Felmlee, Matt Farnham and Brandon Matus.
Blaze Myers topped the 4 Your Car Connection RUSH Sprint Cars, and Josh Seippel was the Hovis Auto & Truck Supply Pro Stock winner.
