DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – NASCAR officials revealed Thursday afternoon that the Triple Truck Challenge will be back on the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series schedule for a third straight year.
The bonus program will again consist of three consecutive races on NASCAR’s third-highest circuit. The initiative traditionally awards a $50,000 bonus to the winning series regular at the end of each designated event.
Next year’s Triple Truck Challenge schedule will include the May 7 race at Darlington (S.C.) Raceway, the May 22 event at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas; and the May 28 stop at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, N.C.
All three tracks for the Triple Truck Challenge next year are new to the bonus program, especially considering the 2020 Triple Truck Challenge was pushed back to August due to the schedule delay and changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Details regarding the specific format, eligibility requirements and bonus purse information for the Triple Truck Challenge will be revealed at a later date.
