ZEELAND, Mich. – Brandon McReynolds will return to KBR Development to compete in the ARCA Menards Series event at Talladega Superspeedway on April 26.
In addition, facilities maintenance and service provider ABM Industries will sponsor No. 28 entry driven by McRenyolds.
Through the first three events of 2019, KBR Development cars have often been found up front. Brandon McReynolds battled for the win in the closing laps at Daytona Int’l Speedway, before getting collected in an accident and finishing 25th.
“I’m pumped to be back racing for KBR Development in Talladega,” said McReynolds. “This will be my first ARCA race back at Talladega since winning there in 2012. It is always cool to race in my dad’s home state of Alabama. Winning again there would mean the world to me. I can’t thank Ryan Brock and everyone at ABM Industries enough for partnering with us for this race.”
Raphael Lessard led much of the series’ second race of the year at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Fla., for KBR Development before ultimately finishing eighth. Carson Hocevar qualified on the pole and led the first portion of last weekends race at Salem Speedway before ultimately finishing third in the rain shortened event.
KBR Development is competing full-time on the ARCA tour this season after running select events in 2018. Team owner Mike Bursley acquired assets from defending championship team MDM Motorsports during the off-season, as well as forming a technical alliance with GMS Racing and Chevrolet.
