ELKHART LAKE, Wis. – Road America has announced that CTECH Manufacturing will be the title sponsor of the upcoming NASCAR Xfinity Series race at the Wisconsin road course.
The event will be called the CTECH Manufacturing 180, set for Aug. 22-24 on the world-renowned four-mile, 14-turn facility.
“We are very pleased to announce this new entitlement and we are proud to be associated with a company as involved and committed to both racing and Road America as CTECH Manufacturing,” said Mike Kertscher, President and General Manager of Road America. “America’s National Park of Speed has quickly become a premier destination for fans and families the world over and we look forward to entertaining CTECH Manufacturing’s sales group here at Road America.”
This entitlement marks CTECH Manufacturing’s continued involvement with Road America. CTECH Manufacturing is Road America’s official cart, cabinet, and drawer provider, and increased its presence in 2017 by becoming the title sponsor for Road America’s Motorplex: a world class, multi-use, multi-configuration one-mile track used by the Road America Karting Club and the Road America Supermoto School.
Road America also uses the CTECH Manufacturing Motorplex facility for numerous auto manufacturers’ new car introductions, ride-and-drive events, driving schools, media and group event based programs.
CTECH Manufacturing’s custom designed aluminum carts, cabinets, and drawer systems are also utilized at various locations around the facility, providing an opportunity for fans and racers to see firsthand the latest CTECH Manufacturing innovations and exciting products that CTECH Manufacturing has to offer.
CTECH Manufacturing will also have an at-track marketing presence as part of the entitlement sponsorship.
“We initially chose Road America because it is the perfect place where our brand can thrive and grow,” said Dean Lee, Business Manager and Vice President for CTECH Manufacturing. “We are already delighted to be the official ‘cart, cabinet, and drawer provider’ for Road America, and the Motorplex, and now we get to showcase our passion, pride and products that are widely used in many industries on a national stage with this entitlement.”
The upcoming CTECH Manufacturing 180 weekend will also feature the Stadium Super Trucks presented by Menards, the Trans-Am Series, and the F3 Americas Championship.
Justin Allgaier is the defending winner of the CTECH Manufacturing 180.
