Jacob Gomes won five of the eight SRL Southwest Tour events en route to his third championship with the asphalt late model series.
Gomes is one of three drivers all-time to have multiple titles with the series as he wheeled the Gomes Motorsports and Derek Thorn Racing entry.Â
Dylan Zampa, Jace Hansen and Buddy Sheppard also scored victories during the season.
