Série ACT Sets Doubleheader Finale

WATERBURY, Vt. – Série ACT officials have announced the twice-postponed St. Eustache 100 at Autodrome St-Eustache has been rescheduled for Sept. 14.

The event will now be the first leg of a doubleheader weekend at the half-mile speedway to cap off the 2013 Série ACT season. The annual St. Eustache 300 will complete the title battle on Sept. 15.

The St. Eustache 100 was originally scheduled for June 1. Qualifying was completed before the rains came and washed out the feature event. When the green flies on Sept. 14 Ontario’s Justin Holtom and Mirabel, Quebec’s Daniel Bergeron will lead the pack from the front row.

Current Série ACT points leaders Patrick Cliche and Jean-Francois Déry will have to come from deep in the field from the 15th and 24th starting positions respectively.

The 2013 Série ACT Champion will be crowned the next day with the annual St. Eustache 300 season finale.
