BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Jacob Gomes romped to his fourth SRL Southwest Tour super late model victory of the season Saturday night at Kern County Speedway.
Gomes earned $11,000 for winning the Wild West Shootout For Those About to Rock 107.
Gomes finished 4.435 seconds ahead of Cale Kanke, who made a late-race charge to finish second.
Austin Herzog was third, with Jeremy Doss and Blaine Rocha rounding out the top five.
Linny White collected his fifth straight victory in the pro late model division.
