MOORESVILLE, N.C. – CARS Solid Rock Carriers Tour officials have been forced to postpone the Old North State Nationals at Orange County Speedway in Rougemont, N.C.
The cancellation is the result of North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper passing Executive Order No. 117 on March 14, which banned public gatherings of more than 100 people within the state for 30 days due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This is the second race the series has been forced to postpone due to the outbreak. The series previously postponed Saturday’s race at Hickory (N.C.) Motor Speedway.
