Zehr Maintains ASA National Title Lead

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Another week in the 2013 ASA Member Track National Championship and Norway (Mich.) Speedway’s Dalton Zehr remains atop the standings for a fourth consecutive week.

The top three remain unchanged from a week ago with Mark Mackesy of State Park Speedway in Wausau, Wis., in second place and Ryan Stilltner of Lonesome Pine Raceway in Coeburn, Va., in third.

New in the top five is Brian Blevins of Newport (Tenn.) Speedway, who sits fourth in the national standings after unseating fellow track competitor Taylor Coffman. Shelby Stroebel of Meridian (Idaho) Speedway drops a spot to fifth in the national standings. Stroebel is the 2012 ASA Member Track National Champion.

Due to a spring and summer that caused significant weather issues for many track operators, these standings are still considered early in the season and it is anticipated that significant change will be seen in the coming weeks.
