KINSTON, Ala. — Bubba Pollard continued his hot start to the super late model racing season with a commanding victory in Saturday’s 48th annual Rattler 250 at South Alabama Speedway.
Pollard qualified 13th and steadily moved forward, grabbing the lead from Jett Noland on lap 187.
From there, he held off Jake Finch during the closing laps to win the prestigious event for the third time and earn his third significant super late model triumph of the young season.
Justin Mondeik finished third, with Michel Hinde and Michael Goddard completing the top five.
