The Superstar Racing Experience has added more top-level talent to their roster for the upcoming summer series.
On Wednesday morning, SRX announced the addition of two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch, four-time Indianapolis 500 winner Helio Castroneves and former Cup Series star Clint Bowyer.
Busch, who joined Richard Childress Racing to pilot the No. 8 Chevrolet this season, will compete at Motor Mile Speedway on July 27, along with Michigan’s Berlin Raceway on August 3.
Castroneves, who’s competed in the series the previous two seasons, will run a partial schedule at Motor Mile, Berlin, and the season finale at Missouri’s Lucas Oil Speedway on August 17.
The 47-year-old earned a victory at last season’s season opener at Florida’s Five Flags Speedway.
Now a FOX Sports analyst, Bowyer is slated to get behind the wheel again at the season-opener at Stafford (Conn.) Speedway on July 13, and join Castroneves at Berlin and Lucas Oil.
The news comes a day after the series announced 2014 Cup Series champion Kevin Harvick would contest two SRX events at Stafford and Berlin.
