MARNE, Mich. — Georgia late model driver Bubba Pollard made the long tow to Michigan pay off Monday night with a $20,000 victory in the Money in the Bank 150 at Berlin Raceway.
Pollard took the lead after contact with Carson Hocevar on lap 133 of the three-eighths-mile oval and pulled away for the victory.
Steven Wallace challenged Pollard on several late-race restarts, but couldn’t make a pass. He finished second with Harrison Burton coming home third.
Chris Koslek and Dalton Armstrong rounded out the top five.
NASCAR Cup Series drivers Kyle Busch and Erik Jones finished seventh and 24th, respectively.
Fast-qualifier Brian Campbell finished 11th.
