WEEDSPORT, N.Y. – An afternoon rain shower creating saturated grounds at Weedsport Speedway forced World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series and track officials to cancel Sunday’s event.
Fans who purchased tickets in advance should call the track at 315-834-3067 or visit the track’s website, weedsportspeedway.com for more information and the speedway’s schedule for the rest of the season.
The World of Outlaws will continue its Northeast swing Tuesday, May 21, at Bridgeport (N.J.) Speedway.
