ORRVILLE, Ohio — With Hurricane Helene sending showers Friday afternoon and weather models projecting heavy rain and periods of unsafe wind gusts throughout the evening, World of Outlaws NOS Energy Sprint Car and track officials have agreed to cancel the Buckeye Brawl presented by NOS Energy Drink at Wayne County Speedway.
The decision comes after consulting with Precision Weather Service, which has been following the hurricane all week.
The Series now shifts its focus to its final Ohio race of 2024. The Greatest Show on Dirt invades Hartford’s Sharon Speedway on Saturday, Sept. 28, for the Federated Auto Parts Showdown.Â
