TULARE, Calif. — Persistent weeklong precipitation at Thunderbowl Raceway forced World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series and track officials to cancel Friday’s race at the third-mile dirt track.
The move was made in an effort to ensure that Saturday’s night’s event can be run as scheduled. Friday night tickets will be honored on Saturday night. Those who have tickets to both nights or cannot make it on Saturday night should call the track for further instructions.
