Joey Saldana has raced sparingly this year, but the Indiana veteran has been fast this summer aboard the Ohio-based Neumeister Racing entry. Saldana was consistent on Thursday night and will make his 19th Knoxville Nationals start from third starting spot. His dad is the 1971 Knoxville Nationals winner.
