Snider Claims Madera’s Harvest Classic


MADERA, Calif. – Darin Snider led the final 22 laps to win Saturday’s Honda USAC Western Midget Series Harvest Classic at Madera Speedway.

Tanner Swanson led the first seven laps of the 30-lap feature, but was forced to retire from the race. That gave the lead to Snider, who drove to victory in the event that was co-sanctioned by the Bay Cities Racing Ass’n.

Nick Chivello, Chad Nichols, Michael Snider and Scott Pierovich completed the top five.
