It’s All Bernal At Kings Speedway


HANFORD, Calif. — Ryan Bernal romped to victory in Saturday night’s USAC West Coast Sprint Car Series feature at Kings Speedway.

Bernal took the lead from Matt Mitchell on the third lap and led the remainder of the 30-lap race on the three-eighths-mile dirt track.

Richard Vander Weerd finished second with Nic Faas, Dennis Howell and Mitchell rounding out the top five.

Jace Vander Weerd was the top qualifier for the 23-car field.
