MORRIS, Ill. – Kyle Hamilton won Saturday night’s Honda USAC National Pavement Midget Series Border Battle 50-lapper at Grundy County Speedway.

Hamilton took the lead on lap 46 after leader Austin Prock spun in turn three, then led the final five laps in his Curtis Motor Sales/Domark Racing Spike/Esslinger.

The event was run in conjunction with the Short Track Auto Racing Series (STARS) midgets. It is the second-straight year Hamilton has won the event at the third-mile asphalt oval.
