CYPRESS, Calif. — California racer Brody Roa will contest the most ambitious sprint car racing schedule of his career, racing in the AMSOIL USAC National Sprint Car Series, USAC-CRA Sprint Car Series and the USAC Southwest Series.
Roa, who will turn 28 Jan. 25, will be chasing both the USAC-CRA and Southwest Series championships. He will compete in every race in both series.
In addition to his busy schedule out west, he will journey east to race in the grueling Indiana Sprint Week in July and has hopes of contesting the Corn Belt Nationals at Iowa’s Knoxville Raceway July 5-6.
Forty-two races are on the docket for Roa. His sprint car campaign will kick off with a Southwest series event at Casa Grande’s Central Arizona Raceway on March 2.
He will close the campaign back in the Copper State in November. Among the highlights are the previously mentioned Corn Belt Nationals, the grueling Indiana Sprint Week which starts July 18 and runs through July 27, California Sprint Week, which begins on Aug. 31 and concludes Sept. 7, the Nov. 7-9 Oval Nationals at Perris Auto Speedway and the season-ending Western World Championships at Arizona Speedway Nov. 15-16.
