EAST BAY, Fla. — Monday night’s High Limit Racing season opener at East Bay Raceway Park was postponed to Tuesday, which will now be a doubleheader for the sprint car series.
Hot laps, qualifying and heat races were held early in the night before the rain and wind began to pick up, leaving the Dash, C main, B main and A main for Tuesday’s program.
On Monday, Kyle Larson won the first heat, Tanner Thorson stole the show from Corey Day in heat two, Cole Macedo topped the third heat and Rico Abreu cruised to victory in the final heat.
There were 56 cars that entered the “Battle at the Bay.”
